Joshua Culling, State Government Affairs Manager of the National Taxpayers Union was recognized by SBH President and State Senator Sam Slom in the Senate chamber during a regular session of the legislature on April 28. Culling who is shown with Grassroot Institute of Hawaii's Richard Rowland (left) was on a short speaking tour in Hawaii that week which also included an appearance at SBH's Sunrise Breakfast on April 30.
