Gene Simmons to Rock SBH's 32nd Annual Conference
The 32nd Annual Small Business Hawaii Business & Investment Conference, the first major business event of the year, is at the Ala Moana Hotel, 8 am to 2 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2008.
Rock star, television personality and fabled business entrepreneur, Gene Simmons of A & E's "Gene Simmons' Family Jewels" is the luncheon keynoter at the SBH conference. He won't sing but he will share secrets of his success.
Simmons who appears on many business programs such as the recent Michael Eisner program on MSNBC, and currently on the "Donald Trump Celebrity Apprentice" series, is the star of the hit A & E reality series, "Gene Simmons' Family Jewels," now in its third record-breaking season. He will discuss his entrepreneurial secrets and give you, "Ten Points to Make You Rich Like Me." A Q&A session will follow.
While here, A&E television will film two half hour Hawaii episodes featuring Gene at the SBH conference, at our conference partner, JP Marriott Ihilani Resort at Ko'olina, and other island sites.

The first monthly Small Business Hawaii Sunrise Networking Breakfast of 2008 will be 7 am, Thursday, January 31, in the Pineapple Room, Macy's, Ala Moana Center.
Our featured speaker will be, Delorese Malulani Gregoire who will speak on "Persistence Wins Out Overall."
Gregoire, Founding Director of Hawaii's Winners' Camp has produced the Hawaii Leadership Academy for teenagers and their families since 1985. Author of, "Tutu Talks," member of the Rotary Club of Honolulu and Soroptomist International, Elks Chaplain, Delorese is a Founding Director of the Hawaii Kai Chamber of Commerce.
This is a good opportunity for you to learn from someone who lives persistence.
In December, members and the public heard really last minute tax tips from Premier Business Services President, Peter Matsumoto.
