SBH Celebrates 30th Year
with a Special Anniversary Dinner

Small Business Hawaii will mark its 30th anniversary (1976 - 2006) with a special dinner, Saturday, September 9, 2006, 5 9 pm at the Ala Moana Hotel Garden Lanai. Parking is free and attire is casual.
SBH Founder Lex Brodie and wife Ev will be there along with long time members who will share some spicy stories about the organizations hot beginning!
There also will be lots of fun, a sumptuous buffet dinner, entertainment, M.C. Rick Hamada, Hollywood animator and author Martha Sigall, surprise guest speakers, a silent auction and more.
This is not a UH football night!

Van Marter is Sunrise Speaker
Chris Van Marter, Senior Deputy Prosecutor for Honolulu, speaks at the next SBH Sunrise Networking Breakfast, 7 am, Thursday, September 28, in the Pineapple Room, Macy's, Ala Moana Center.
Van Marter will discuss recent copper and other material thefts and overall "Business Theft and Fraud in Hawaii."
Van Marter, as Chief of the White Collar Crime Unit, supervises four attorneys & five support staff, and prosecutes complex business crimes, such as securities fraud, money laundering, RICO and identity theft cases, as well as all high-tech computer crimes and public corruption cases.
Last monthıs speaker was John Monahan of the HVCB on Tourism.
