PAYCHECKS HAWAII, the non-partisan, independent political action affiliate of Small Business Hawaii, has announced its Primary Election endorsements (the Primary Election is Saturday, September 18) of preferred business-experienced candidates, SBH members, and those who have primary opponents. * Any candidate that receives more than half the vote wins ã if no candidate wins the primary with half of the vote, the top two candidates with the most votes advance to the general election. These are endorsements for selected races and those candidates who have a Primary Election opponent September 18. Complete General election endorsements will be made in the October issue of SB News. Small Business Hawaii (SBH) does not make any political endorsements but SBH urges you to vote.
