Lunch with Bob McTeer Sponsored by the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii
Last year, Investors Business Daily predicted that McTeer was the front runner to replace Alan Greenspan. He is a knowledgable member of the monetary policy network and a forthright economist who is very easy to know, like and exchange ideas. Responding to several requests, arrangements have been made for a special opportunity to dialog with him on Thursday September 25, 2003. What: Lunch When: 11:30 AM - 1:45 PM 9/25/03 Where: Pacific Club Why: Opportunity for economists and all others interested in economic policy to ask questions and get frank answers. Format:
1. Introductions How much: Reservations required. Members of GRIH = $25.00; Non-members = $35.00 Special annual minimum membership for this event: $50.00.

Off the record: To facilitate open, frank discussions, all contents of this event will be "off the record." Final notes: Bob McTeer is speaking to the Honolulu Rotary Club on Tuesday, Hawaii Economic Association on Wednesday and Small Business Hawaii Sunrise on Thursday. This event is not meant to replace any of those events. As a matter of fact, attendance at one of them before this event will be helpful. Note: This notice is going to all GRIH friends. If you know an economist or other professional who would be interested in this program, please feel free to let them know about it.
Warm regards,
