Andrew Mertz Of Andy's Pool Service Named Small Business Person Of 2002 August 9, 2003 Small Business Hawaii (SBH) announced winners of its annual small business awards for 2002. Selections were made by SBH members and Directors. Awardees did not know in advance. Presentations were made to recipients at SBH's 27th Annual Business Conference at the Ala Moana Hotel, January 8, 2003, during the luncheon program attended by more than 350 people.
