Congressman Ed Case Calls on SBH Members

Congressman Ed Case U.S. Congressman Ed Case (D), newly elected to the House seat of deceased Rep. Patsy Mink in January, will hold a special Honolulu small business town meeting especially for members and guests of Small Business Hawaii, on Tuesday, April 15, at the Pacific Club, Garden Lanai, 7 - 8:30 am.

A buffet breakfast, networking and program are included. Parking is free. However, seating is limited - reserve early!

Case, who beat out a field of 43 Democrat and Republican competitiors for the U.S. House seat in the special election, has been a friend and supporter of small business. A former State Representative, he was named SBH's "Outstanding Lawmaker of the Year," in 2001

Though only a freshman Representative, Case passed over senior members to get seats on the House Education and Small Business Committees. He will discuss both issues and answer questions from guests.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn what is really going on in Congress today. Cost is only $20 for SBH members and their guests who pay in advance; $30 for non-members and at the door, provided space is available. Phone SBH at 396-1724.
