Martha Harding, Greg Blotsky of Cisco's Cantina Small Business Hawaii (SBH) announced winners of its annual small business awards for 2000. Selections were made by SBH members and Directors. Awardees did not know in advance. Presentations were made to recipients at SBH's 25th Annual Business Conference at the Ala Moana Hotel, January 10, 2001, during the luncheon program attended by more than 300 people. Steve Forbes was keynote speaker. Those honored included:

SUCCESS STORIES FOR YEAR 2000 The theme of the 25th Annual SBH Conference was: "Small Business 2001: Strategies to Return Prosperity to Hawaii's Business Climate." SBH was founded by Lex Brodie in 1975 (incorporated in 1976). It is Hawaii's most effective small business advocacy organization with 2,500 statewide business firm members.
